You are covered by a 30 days warranty and a 1-year guarantee, which run concurrently.

What’s Covered?

Covers defects in Idealux parts (e.g., bike locks, bike components).

Applies only to the original owner and non-transferable.

What’s Not Covered?

Accidental damage (collisions, drops).

Wear and tear or lack of maintenance.

Corrosion or misuse.

Customized cycling jerseys.

How to Claim?

Submit a claim  with:

Detailed issue description.

Clear photos of the product.

Our team will review and may request an inspection.
